Holly S. Brunbeck

Holly is currently the Chief of Staff to the Chief Patient Supply Officer at Spark Therapeutics located in Philadelphia, PA. She joined Spark Therapeutics in 2021 bringing over 25 years of Engineering experience having lead roles within the Process Manufacturing, Maintenance, Reliability, Construction and Project Management capacities. She has worked in various industries such as Semiconductor, Consumer, Biotech and, most recently, she has been working in the Gene Cell Therapy Industry since 2016 in Philadelphia. Holly earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. She also has her EIT and is a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma. Holly’s interest in contributing to the ISPE Delaware Valley Chapter is to bring exciting and purposeful education to our members and increase the presence of ISPE DVC.
