Hilal Yamaner is a Process Engineer at VTU Engineering Switzerland with over 3 years of experience in project engineering. Specialising in pharmaceutical and biotechnology CAPEX projects, she excels in various facets including basic and detail design, qualification lead and CQV. Hilal's core responsibilities include the development of PFDs, P&IDs, cGMP equipment qualification, pump calculations, specifications & URS generation, in addition to performing other engineering and qualification activities.

Hilal holds a Masters Degree in Biotechnology from the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) and also mentors students from her former university to support the next generation of talent in her field.

Beyond her role, Hilal is heavily involved in ISPE as EL Co-Chair of the Process & Data Science Subgroup and as a member of the ISPE D/A/CH Emerging Leaders and Women in Pharma. In addition, she plays an integral role in the ISPE D/A/CH Marketing Group, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the industry and fostering collaborative initiatives. Since 2022, Hilal is an active member of ISPE, further solidifying her commitment to professional growth and collaboration within her industry.
