Jochen Schmidt-Nawrot

Jochen Schmidt-Nawrot is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in process utilities. Currently a Fellow Process Utilities at CRB in Basel, he specializes in the design of water systems tailored to the unique needs of end users. Active in professional development, Jochen is a dedicated member of the global ISPE Critical Utilities CoP Steering Committee and a key contributor to the regional Community of Practice "Water and Steam" in the DACH region. He co-authored the ISPE Good Practice Guide for "Membrane-based WFI generation" as Chapter Lead and is currently contributing to the revision of the GPG for Ozone. Jochen's passion lies in developing water system solutions that not only meet quality standards but also offer economic efficiency, reflecting his commitment to optimizing processes for maximum sustainability.
