Teresa Minero is a prominent professional in the Life Sciences sector with over 35 years of experience. She is the Founder and CEO of LifeBee, a consulting and digitalization firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Under her leadership since 2004, LifeBee has become a leading Consulting and Digital boutique firm, driving operational excellence and digital transformation within the industry, and is now part of ProductLife Group. Throughout her career, Teresa has managed international consulting and innovation projects in areas such as Production, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D. She has also led startups and business divisions for major international consulting groups. Teresa is actively involved with ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering), where she serves on the International Board of Directors and the Foundation Board of Directors. She contributes to several Communities of Practice Steering Committees, including Pharma 4.0™, SCOPE, AI, and Sustainability. A recognized thought leader, Teresa has been a lecturer, chairman at international conferences, and author of numerous articles and guidelines, emphasizing the critical role of digitalization and innovation in Life Sciences.
