Allen B. Koester, P.E., PMP

Mr. Koester is a professional engineer and certified project management professional with 32 years process/packaging and utility equipment installations in an FDA regulated environment for the past 28 years. He had led large capital projects >150M from concept and capital requests to full implementation. He has a good understanding of most major engineering/construction installations. His current responsibilities include serving as a senior project manager responsible for the successful completion of multi-discipline complex projects. He has worked on sustainability programs dating back nearly 30 years. As a project manager his assignments require working with the client to evaluate the project goals and objectives and then he coordinates and utilizes a multi-disciplined team of engineers and designers and drafters to execute the project. HE retired from AstraZeneca in 2016 and has been working as an engineering consultant. He serves on the ISPE Great Lakes Chapter board of directors and is the Chairperson for the SFHCE COP.
