Daniel L. D'Aquila, PE

Daniel L. D’Aquila, P.E., is the Senior Director of Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations for GlaxoSmithKline R&D’s Clinical Supply Chain organization in Upper Merion, Pennsylvania. Dan has been at GSK for 14 years. Over his time at GSK, Dan has held several leadership roles in the areas of engineering, validation, environmental sustainability, process safety, regulatory compliance and innovative manufacturing technology development. Prior to joining GSK, Dan worked 20+ years in the Architectural & Engineering business, serving pharmaceutical clients internationally. His expertise was in the design and delivery of GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Dan holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed professional engineer.
