MES Solutions Director at Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE), responsible for the development and execution of MES projects for ACE as well as development of information security projects (CISSP). Experienced IT and OT systems project manager (PMP), with thirty-eight years of experience planning, leading, implementing projects that develop manufacturing and business systems. Began career with DuPont's Control Systems group, developing lab automation software, SCADA, MES systems. Designed, installed. configured multiple process control systems in many manufacturing plants. Managed a team that developed a custom MES for production control, SOCs and conditions management, manufacturing integration. Became IT manager for DuPont's Lycra® business, chief of information security, IT contracts manager for the newly formed INVISTA, (Koch Industries) company. Helped form and joined new IT shared services division of Koch Industries (KBS, LP). Rejoined INVISTA and planned, developed, and managed the manufacturing systems roadmap for the global apparel division, including multiple automation projects for managing recipes, products, and processes for quality and productivity. Experienced with system qualifications for pharmaceuticals. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Penn State with an MBA from the University of Delaware. Member of ISPE, MESA (Cyberscurity Working Group), senior member of ISA. Teach SCADA, Cybersecurity and system development in the graduate program at Wilmington University.
