Geoffrey Brown joined ISPE in 2009 as an affiliate member with the San Diego Chapter. He was an active member attending training events and authoring a technical article for the affiliate newsletter. In 2013 he moved to Singapore in which he assumed the role of chairman of the conference planning committee. In 2016 he was elected president of the Singapore affiliate for which he served for two years. He is still active with the Singapore affiliate as membership services co-chair.
Geoffrey is currently a QA/QC Manager for Exyte Singapore Pte Ltd living in Singapore. He has worked throughout the US and Asia for the past 10 years pioneering well planned, documented, and managed engineering approaches to the start-up, operation, and turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment that results in a safe and functional environment that meets established design requirements and client expectations.
Previously he spent 10 years in the United States Navy as a nuclear submarine non-commissioned officer. He served as engine room supervisor through Operation Iraqi Freedom and as a quality assurance supervisor during extensive overhaul periods at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.
