Hamid Teimourian

Hamid Teimourian is the Site Energy (Sustainability) Program Lead and oversees energy conservation and carbon reduction projects implementation at AstraZeneca's largest manufacturing plant in the USA . He is leading a multi million dollars program as part of the AstraZeneca’s $1bn ‘Ambition Zero Carbon’ strategy to eliminate emissions by 2026 and be carbon negative across the entire value chain by 2030. Before this role, he was Facilities & PMO Director and member of the site leadership team for AstraZeneca operation in California. Hamid is an active member of the ISPE and currently is the Vice President of the Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter and member of the ISPE Guidance Document Committee. Hamid was in the core team of the authors for ISPE Equipment Reliability and ISPE Maintenance (2nd Edition) Good Practice Guides.
