My biopharmaceutical career focuses on creating innovative delivery devices that help people take their medicine as conveniently as possible and improving health outcomes. My passion is helping people by developing individuals, teams, and products that can change the world. Building two of the best delivery device development teams in the BioPharmaceutical industry at Eli Lilly and Sanofi, we established multiple proprietary device platforms using human centered design principles. We partnered with world class design, development, and manufacturing companies to ideate, develop, and launch multiple market leading delivery device technologies. Key accomplishments included leading the creation of approximately 25% of all the delivery devices used in the market today including Lilly’s market leading KwikPen Platform, Trulicity pen, Talz pen, Savvio Pen, Forteo Pen, and many others. At Sanofi, we developed and launched devices for Toujeo, Soliqua, Praluent, Kevzara, and Dupixent including the first 2mL PFS safety system with BD, and the first to market 2mL autoinjector in partnership with SHL.
