Dr. Garey is Director of McKesson Specialty’s Oncology Analytics Team. Her team develops and evaluates VBC strategies for oncology practices with an emphasis on measuring the clinical and financial impact to changes in cancer therapy and drug utilization. During her tenure with McKesson, Jody has led the US Oncology Network Pathways Task Force, which oversees the development and maintenance of the Pathways Program, Value Pathways powered by NCCN, as well as participating in the creation of oncology-specific clinical tools for The US Oncology Network.
Prior to joining US Oncology, McKesson Specialty Health, Jody spent 6 years as a clinical pharmacy specialist at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Thoracic/Head and Neck Medical Oncology Department followed by 2 years as medical science liaison with Millennium Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Garey received her Pharm.D from the University of Kentucky, College of Pharmacy in Lexington, KY followed a by a Pharmacy Practice residency at the University of Illinois—Chicago (UIC) and a Hematology/Oncology Specialty Residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.
