John has over fifteen years of experience in the engineering and construction fields, twelve of which have been specific to biotech & pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. He works side by side with client management, engineering, and production teams. His experience includes all aspects of business operations and life cycle capital project management; business case support, project scope definition, preconstruction, design review, constructability review, variance control, scope development, equipment procurement, cost control, scheduling, startup, commission, validation and final turn-over. He is a hybrid manager that balances the responsibilities of business operations and client project goals.
