Joost Van Den Broeck holds a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Hasselt University in Belgium. He started working at Genzyme in 2010 in quality, then became Process Engineer within manufacturing science and technology (MSAT). In 2013, he was assigned as Molecule Steward within MSAT for different commercial monoclonal antibodies within the portfolio of Sanofi. In this role, he is technical expert for improvements as part of product life-cycle management, providing expertise on regulatory agency questions and submissions, and leading comparability and control strategies. Joost has been an ISPE member since 2020.
