Katie Chaddock is an operations healthcare professional and leader working for Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson. In her current role, Katie is the General Manager of Operations at Janssen’s manufacturing facility in Vacaville, CA where she partners with professionals around the world to deliver high quality medications for Janssen’s customers.
After spending over a decade working for Mylan Pharmaceuticals in the launch and manufacture of generic pharmaceutical medications, Katie transitioned into the startup pharmaceutical business where she delivered products for rare disease drugs in worldwide market, before joining Janssen and the Johnson and Johnson family of companies in 2014.
Katie has diverse background of technical experience in supply chain having worked across a variety of functions including Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance, Quality, Technical Operations and Facilities.
Katie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of West Virginia.
