Lauren Ann Bubnis

Lauren Bubnis is the US Talent Acquisition Manager & Business Specialist at PM Group. In her role, she collaborates with the leadership team to strategize hiring plans, execute recruitment objectives and support recruitment marketing, market research, and DEI initiatives. Her efforts contribute to PM Group’s responsible and successful growth within the life sciences market. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, Lauren is a passionate HR and business professional dedicated to making meaningful connections. She joined PM Group in 2021 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, becoming the fifth employee in the expanding Philadelphia office. Today, she oversees the talent acquisition vision and direction for the US operations. Lauren has been an active member of ISPE for several years. She currently works with Andrew Kraemer and the DVC Emerging Leader Committee to empower Emerging Leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. Through valuable resources, networking opportunities, and a platform for growth, they aim to help positively shape the future of the industry. Beyond her ISPE involvement, Lauren is an enthusiastic volunteer. She serves, as the Membership Chair for the CPW Rotary, is a volunteer member of Destination Conshohocken, and participates in numerous local initiatives.
