Paula P. Casalino, PEng

Ms. Paula Casalino has over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry in various leadership roles. Paula is currently the Head of Operations for IPS in Canada, which was established in 2017. Her role includes business development (marketing and sales), project delivery with excellence, and recruiting high-performing team members. Prior to joining IPS, Paula was the North American Head of Engineering for the world’s leading vaccine manufacturer, Sanofi, and one of Canada’s leading pharmaceutical companies, Apotex.
