Svenja Michaela Gutsche, PhD

After studying Pharmacy and gaining her doctorate from the “Freie Universität Berlin” in Pharmaceutical Technology, Svenja Gutsche began her professional career at Bayer as a compliance pharmacist in the parenteral production area of the Berlin Supply Center. She then worked as an operations manager for the launch of AliqopaTM and management support. In 2014, she took over a new role for coordinating the pharmaceutical production sites in China and South Korea and managing projects in designing new manufacturing areas in the aseptic fill&finish technology. Effective September 1, 2021 Svenja Gutsche is responsible for developing manufacturing platforms and technologies for biologics with a focus on cell- and gene therapy products.
