About Women in Pharma®
ISPE’s Women in Pharma® (WIP) has been actively providing educational, collaborative, and exciting networking programs and events since its inception in 2017. As the WIP community continues to evolve, it recognizes the dramatic growth and critical nature of new – and often disruptive - technologies that are being utilized in the biopharma industry and the need for WIP’s involvement in the evolution of these technologies; those that can help us more effectively automate, digitize, and respond to challenges in new and innovative ways. WIP is launching a two-year pilot– the WIP Think Tank Program - to identify and build upon creative ideas that can cultivate an environment for agile thinking and risk taking, as well as to share potential solutions obtained and learn from the ISPE/WIP community at large.
